Abstract

|
Tuberculosis rarely involve the mammry gland. This gland appears to have peculiar resistance to tuberculous infection.
Active tuberculosis is present in other sites of the body in 25-84% of patients with tuberculosis of the breast.
We report a case of tuberculous peritonitis accompanied with mammary tuberculosis in a 33-year-old woman.
